Description

The more aviation couples I work with, the more I’m finding that pilots are struggling with balance. Living their dream, providing an income to take care of their family while simultaneously struggling while they’re home. Their partner’s needs aren’t met, the kids struggle when the pilot is gone. How do you make everyone happy and still feel fulfilled yourself? How do you get the same respect at home that you have while you’re at work? What can you do to overcome trust issues in your marriage either because of the industry or your own past? Communication looks different at home than at work? How do you navigate that? What about mental health? Isn’t that important? The stress is unbearable at times! The answer?

Weeks 3-5: Emotional Intelligence Building

Week 6: Attitude and Altitude at home

Weeks 7-10: Relationship Management

Weeks 11-13: Communication basics at home. Stop being misunderstood and start communicating your needs without a blow up or a shut out!

Weeks 14-16: Mental Health tools and techniques to help at work, at home and in your daily life
